In this video, Mike describes what he learned from a guy in prison to keep him in great shape without any workout equipment. The exercise is known as burpees or up-downs. The jumping burpee variation includes squating down, performing a pushup, and completing the rep with a two leg vertical jump while standing up. This exercise is very simple to master and very effective.

Burpee Workout Repetitions
10 burpees followed by 60 seconds rest
9 burpees followed by 60 seconds rest
8 burpees followed by 60 seconds rest
(continue the same pattern until you reach 1 repetition)
