The Devil’s Workout combines 8 bodyweight exercises with interval training. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. Perform as many repititions as possibl in the 45 second period. Move to the next exercise in the group. Perform this exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15. Do not stop until you have performed each exercise in a row with 45 seconds on followed by a 15 second rest. Moving between exercises with such a short break will really increase your heart rate and burn maximum calories for weight loss. Count your total repetitions during the workout and try to increase the number each time you perform this exercise routine.
