The 300 Workout Exercise Video
The 300 Workout combines strength training and a cardio workout into one routine. Do this workout periodically and try to beat your best time. If you are truly a beast do it twice in a row.
Better video of floor wipers, actually performed on the floor. Remember use alternative loads if necessary such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, large rock, etc. if you do not have a barbell. Be careful and concentrate on controlling the weight while moving to prevent an injury.
