
This workout requires no fitness equipment, only outdoor space. The sprint high knee exercise is perfect to add to your beach workout. Combine sprint high knees with one or two more exercises like push-ups and burpees for a total body workout. One round equals one sprint high knee run, one set of exercise 2, and one set of exercise 3. Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes and try to beat your total number of rounds each time you do this workout. Do not take any rest between rounds to maximize calories burned, fat loss, and cardio benefits.
