Simple Weight Loss Aid – Eat More Fiber
What is fiber? Fiber is the part of plants that our bodies cannot digest. It simply passes from our stomach to our intestines and out of our body without being absorbed.
When humans first roamed the Earth, they ate large amounts of fiber. Today, because of the processed food industry, fiber is one of the many daily staples that has almost disappeared from the American diet. The lack of fiber in our daily diet prevents proper digestion which in turn leads to illness, disease, and weight gain. Because fiber helps food pass through the body it also helps to regulate our weight.
