The kettlebell renegade row is a mostly an upper body and core lift performed with kettlebells. Mastering renegade row technique is not the easiest. It blasts your grip (forearms), core, chest, arm, back, legs, and stabilizer muscles. You can perform the renegade row using dumbbells but you will not properly exercise your forearm or stabilizer muscles. You need to use kettlebells to engage all the muscles groups throughout your body.
