Intense Bodyweight Workout Video

This full body workout will kick your butt. Lose weight and get into shape in no time.
Exercises:
2-3 Minute warmup (running, jumping jacks, jump rope, etc.)
12 Bodyweight squats
10 Seconds rest
10 Clapping pushups
10 Seconds rest
Walking lunges (6 steps up and back)
10 Seconds rest
Mountain climbers – 30 seconds
10 Seconds rest
6 Lunge jumps (with each foot forward)
10 Seconds rest
12 Lying leg thrusts

10 Seconds rest
8 Squat jumps
10 Seconds rest
30 Second side plank (each side)
10 Seconds rest
Rest 2 minutes
Repeat circuit 3 to 5 times
