
Gymnastic ring workouts require you to stabilize your body weight during the entire exercise. This makes ring exercises much harder and engages more muscle groups. To make it a complete upper body workout add ring pullups and ring pushups or by substituting muscle-ups for dips and pullups. Ring exercises are one of the most versatile and cheapest pieces of equipment for your upper body to build muscle strength and endurance.
