You only need one full bodyweight exercise to increase strength and tone your body. Jumping burpees have been well known in prison systems to workout the body with virtually no space with no equipment. The exercise is known as burpees or up-downs. The jumping burpee variation includes squatting down, performing a pushup, and completing the rep with a two leg vertical jump while standing up. This exercise is very simple to master and very effective.
