
Processed food, fast food, sodas, too many starches, sugary foods, and not eating fruits and vegetables is a major reason many Americans are overweight. Lose weight today by eating a more proper diet along with your exercise program. Replace junk food with fresh food including fruits and vegetables and stay away from anything fried. I recommend eating less amounts of food more frequently (5 meals a day) and never skip breakfast. If you are not a big breakfast eater just have a piece of fruit and a hard boiled egg to kick start your morning. Snack on fruits and vegetables instead of unhealthy bars and processed snacks. Replace soda with water and see how much you lose the first week. Lose fat and get fit!
