Taking care of your health is more than eating properly and exercising regularly. You also need to be aware of what chemicals you expose to your body.
Next time you workout you should think if you need to rehydrate from drinking out of plastic bottles. A recent study showed that a potentially harmful substance called BPA, which seeps into food and drinks in certain plastic containers like water bottles, is present in 90% of the people tested. Even worse, BPA was found in breast milk and umbilical cord blood. While the effects of BPA on humans are still being studied, it is known to cause harmful effects in other animals.
