Gymnastic rings provide one of the best bodyweight workouts available. The great thing about rings are that that are portable and do not take up much space. This is great for those always traveling or on the go. With gymnastic rings, movements like pushups, pullups, and dips are much harder because you have to stabilize your body throughout the entire movement. If you are skeptical about how well a workout rings provide, just look at the upper body of top male gymnasts. This is really not a diet but a life long approach to food. According to Dr. Sears, the Zone Diet works because eating the proper foods creates specific hormonal and chemical changes in your body to better burn body fat. On the diet, you eat basically the same amount of protein and carbohydrates. Because you eat less carbs, your body burns excess body fat for energy. No other diet besides the Zone Diet has the ability to:
1. Increase athletic performance
2. Promote good health (regulates heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.) and prevent disease
3. Decrease excess body fat (weight loss)
