The first exercise to learn with the kettlebell is the swing. This is a great way to target your core and will provide an excellent strength and cardio workout all in one. I highly recommend this exercise for athletes. Start by using a very light kettlebell in order to perfect your form. Once you have mastered the movement increase your weight and reps. Work up to 3 to 5 sets of 20 or more reps with a set of 24kg kettlebells.
